Withdrawal / Return of products:
You can return any of the products of your order or all of it within 14 days from the date of delivery and request a replacement of the products or – under certain conditions – a refund.

If the product you received is defective or damaged during transport, we undertake its replacement or if this is not possible, your refund. In this case the shipping costs are borne by us. Possible defects do not include minor differences in the color, texture or shape of the products.
In all cases, the product must be in good condition in its original packaging, not used and accompanied by the necessary documents (retail receipt or delivery note or change card).
